Page Layout Changes
Only TargetRecruit offers the flexibility to organise the tabs, sections, and individual fields in exactly the way that suits your users best, and to add as many additional elements as you need. You can also include graphics or charts and embed third party applications seamlessly so that users have access to all the information they need when opening a screen.
There are many scenarios where it may be necessary to perform real-time mathematical calculations with your data. For example, you may want to take two numerical fields on a record and divide them to create a percentage. Enter Formula Fields, a powerful tool that gives you control of how your data is displayed.
Custom Action Buttons
Users will save valuable time if the functions they use most often are easily accessible. For standard or custom functionality, it is simple to put a button on a page, placing the important functionality front and centre for users, rather than being concealed in drop-down menus or other places that require multiple clicks.
If users need to get management approval before a field or stage changes, or have multiple layers of authorisation for certain functions, our configurable processes allow you to easily set this up and to create a seamless approval process with full audit trail.
Organisations can face challenges getting their employees to enter the proper data into the system either at initial entry or before moving someone from one stage to another in the process. Validation rules ensure that the data is entered correctly where needed to prevent issues arising further along the process, and we have sophisticated tools to identify and report on incomplete or invalid data.
Profiles and Permissions
This functionality allows an admin to restrict access to parts of the system based on a user’s role or “profile”. This includes governing what level of access a role has to an object, field, or even a document within the system. Profiles can be shared between multiple users.
Field History Tracking
Certain fields that contain sensitive data require increased security. Field history tracking allows you to see everything that has been changed related to a field such as: who made the change, the date and time of the change, and the original and new values. You can also see a full audit history of all fields in a centralised place.
Mass Changes to Data
TargetRecruit makes mass changes to data easy. You can make changes to small sets of data using Mass Quick Actions or use tools like the Data Loader that allows you to make changes to datasets of any size with an interface that is easily understandable, and with rollback options in the event of any issues arising.
Themes and Layouts
The same layouts and themes in your TargetRecruit instance can become monotonous. You can make the interface of your TargetRecruit more interactive and interesting by leveraging TargetRecruit configurations to change its themes and layouts.
Dynamic Forms are used to create user centric, intuitive page layouts that display the right information at the right time. Over time, the page layout, or “Details” section on a page, can become congested with fields. These fields may well be necessary but not all the time or to all users. Dynamic Forms gives you the power to:
- Place fields anywhere on the layout without needing to add them to the traditional page layout Dynamic Forms
- Use visibility rules to make fields and components appear and disappear based on criteria you choose
- Do away with multiple page layouts
- Improve page load times
Dynamic Actions enable you to create uncluttered, intuitive, and responsive pages that display only the actions your users need to see based on criteria you specify. Instead of scanning an endless list of actions, your users will be presented with a simple choice, relevant to their role, profile, or when a record meets certain criteria.
Einstein Search improves upon the traditional Global Search feature by returning results tailored to each user’s specific need. Once Einstein is setup, users can take advantage of functionality such as Tips, Suggested Searches, Recent Items and Suggested Lists. *Please note, Einstein Search does not apply to Candidate Search in TargetRecruit
In-App Guidance is a tool that will support user training and adoption, educating users on features in your TargetRecruit org and when to use them. It gives you the ability to demystify buttons, features, and functionality via meaningful messages, displayed in the right place at the right time. System Admins can use the wizard to easily set up prompts and walk-throughs, choosing everything from the written content, images, links, buttons, and position of the message.
